We offer live and on-demand educational sessions focusing on the fundamentals of artificial intelligence. These sessions are delivered by qualified instructors and supported by digital materials.

2. Informational Products

Our informational products include e-guides, video tutorials, and downloadable resources designed to supplement your learning experience.

3. Physical Goods

We also offer branded merchandise and printed materials that support the AI Fundamentals curriculum.

4. Reimbursement and share Policy

4.1 Services

Requests for reimbursement or schedule changes must be made at least 7 days before a live session. Approved requests will receive a full reimbursement of the amount paid. Alternatively, you may transfer your session to another date at no extra cost. If a session is explicitly labeled as non-reimbursable, this will be noted on the signup page and no reimbursement will be issued. Non-reimbursable sessions include those delivered digitally after access has been granted, due to the immediate nature of delivery.

4.2 Informational Products

Digital items may be returned for a full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase, provided no download or access has been initiated. Once access has been granted or a download has begun, these products are not eligible for reimbursement, as the content is no longer recoverable once distributed.

4.3 Physical Goods

Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition for a full reimbursement of the purchase price plus any shipping fee paid by us. Return shipping for shares may be covered by AIKnowledgeHub upon request. To arrange a return, please contact our support team.

5. Reimbursement Processing

Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. In some cases, alternative reimbursements may be offered at our discretion, such as credits toward future sessions or products on AIKnowledgeHub.top.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on AIKnowledgeHub.top and will include the revision date at the top of this document.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Singapore. Disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.
